Happy Birthday Baby Girl

Our lives were forever changed one year ago and we were blessed with the most incredible gift ever! It has been amazing watching her grow over the past year and we can't to see what the future holds for her. We love you sweet girl!

You play midst wrap and bows.
We marvel at how you touched our lives,

Party Time - Part 2

The details! I don't think I have to tell you it was a pink and brown cupcake theme. The past couple months I have been on the hunt and obsessed with all things pink and brown. I must say I think it all came together quite nicely..... toot....toot :)

Party Time - Part 1

The birthday party was a success and Sophia is so blessed to have so many friends and family that love her so much. The weather kind of ruined our plans for some outdoor activities so all 50 people were packed into our house and man were we packed in. Sophia did good going from one person to the next, and can I just say how much I love having a baby that will go to anyone and everyone. She is my little social butterfly! As social as she was I think I have one picture of her smiling, poor girl is teething BIG time and was definitely not into the picture taking.

There will probably be multiple post, because I have many photos to share and videos as well!

Swim Time

So this Saturday swim lessons are starting, we will miss the first lesson due to Sophia's party but we are so excited to start the following Saturday! We are taking the lessons with 6 other new wonderful mommy friends/ babies and just know it is going to be a blast! Of course I had to bust out one of her many suits to try on and she just loved it, especially the ruffles at the top. I just hope she enjoys the pool as much as she enjoys bath time.

It seems all Sophia wants to play with is anything that is not a toy. She is currently obsessed with our TV remote but she knows she is not suppose to play with it. We even gave her an old remote that we removed the batteries from and she wants nothing to do with it. Here she is caught in the act! Plus one pic with her other favorite toy........ TP!

Mommy's Lucky Charm

11 Months

My little baby is now becoming a toddler and with that comes the tude and tantrums. Sometimes Eric and I have to watch ourselves because we want to bust out laughing. Her favorite thing is to drop all her food on the floor and when you tell her no no she shakes her head. She is just so darn cute, but a little stinker at the same time. It is so hard to believe she will be 12 months in just a couple weeks. Slow down baby girl!

Gymboree GTG

Ok so I am playing catch up! Two weeks ago I met up with some mommy friends and we had a GTG at Gymboree and boy did the babies have a blast. Sophia was all giggles and buzzed around the room moving from one play station to the next. By far her favorite was the tunnel, and luckily I was able to find her one for home at a bargain! We hope to go back soon and play again with all our new friends.

The Flu x 3

Ugh what a week we had last week. It all started with Sophia having what we thought was a simple cold, 2 Fridays ago and ended up being Eric and I waking on Monday morning with 102 temps. Tuesday we were all off to the doctor and we all 3 were diagnosed with the flu and Sophia had an added bonus of croup. If that was not enough excitement for one day Eric had to add to it by passing out at the doctor's office. We aren't sure why and really I was not alarmed because to be honest he faints easily (when he sees his own blood, jumps up too fast and now we can add having his ears checked) the doctor gave it some medical term but it translates into..... faints easily. We spent the rest of the week couped up in the house and by Saturday had serious cabin fever. Thankfully everyone is healed now and we are back to our normal routines...... well as normal as you can get while planning the best 1st birthday eva!
