We like, we like to Party

This past weekend we had two birthday parties for two cute little boys. The first party was for Sophia's friend Gavin. The party was held at Gymboree and the kids had a ball running around. Phia's favorite part was the parachute. There was shrieks of pure joy coming from her and she loved every second of it.

***As a little side note since her shirt is soaked in quite a few pictures. The poor thing is cutting her two year molars I think. The hands are in the mouth constantly and she obviously spent the entire car ride to the party place like that.

I got this mom, no worries.

After Gavin's party we headed over to Jacob's house to celebrate his birthday. This little dude is too cute and it was absolutely precious to hear him sing Happy Birthday to himself. We had a blast hanging out with his parents and look forward to doing it more once we move to their side of town.

Fun at the park

Saturday we had to be out of the house for a couple hours so we headed to the park to enjoy the beautiful weather. The whole family went including Gracie. :) This park was awesome! So much to see and explore and a huge bonus, we had the entire playground to ourselves. After Phia had exhausted herself we took Gracie over to the dog park. Sophia was in heaven with all the dogs, but she was not pleased when I kept holding her back from chasing them all. I didn't know these dogs and while they were all small like Gracie you never know how they might react around small children. Sweet girl just wanted to hug and kiss them all. She is such a animal lover!

She is officially over the infant swing. She did so good and even tried pumping her legs to get going.

Ha! Demonstrating to Phia how to climb the tunnel. Yeah I think I hurt myself doing this.

Pictures like these just make my heart all warm and fuzzy. This girl loves her daddy and tries to do everything he does. Here they are counting to three before going down the slides.

Easter Egg Hunt

The day after Sophia's birthday we met up with all her friends and had a little Easter Egg hunt. It was freezing outside but the kiddos did awesome. Phia quickly picked up on what to do and had no problem snatching up the eggs.
