Oh hi there!!!!

Poor, poor blog! I know it feels very neglected but the past 1.5 months has been a wee bit crazy and we are just now starting to return or should I say create a new norm. So much has happened there is no way I could go back and post on each adventure we took. Most importantly though... we MOVED! We love, love, LOVE our new house, the wonderful community and being so close to all our friends. All the stress and everything that came along with selling/ buying a home was worth it. Don't get me wrong though leaving the old house was very bittersweet. I mean we still loved the old house and put so much work into it, but it was time to move on. Eric's commute is now considerably shorter which means Phia girl is not at daycare as long. This was most important to us and plus we found her a fabulous daycare where she is truly thriving! She is adjusting pretty well or at least as well as a 2.5 year old can.

So I promise not to go as long between post and for now will leave you with more photos than ever! What can I say 1.5 months = lots o pictures! :)

The middle of June we took off to Nacagodoches for the Blueberry Festival!

Phia did a little dancing in the streets!

She showed off her toenails

Daddy was a blueberry cowboy

The rest of June was spent packing, packing, packing! Phia helped some but mainly watched Nemo and played!

Silly girl pretend sleeping...playing is such hard work

We watched fireworks in the rain! Good times!

We played outside with cousins!

We attended cousin Brayden's birthday party and showed off our new swimming skills!

Gracie checked out the new backyard..

...while Phia played on the swings!

Sophia dressed herself!

She thought she did pretty good!

We splashed in the splash table!

Nonni and Pops came to visit! Oh yes another change that happened! Lolli is now Nonni. As much as we tried correcting Sophia she was stuck on Nonni and refused to say Lolli. Whatever makes the girl happy right? :)

Then this past weekend we hung out inside a lot! Too hot to really be outside unless you are in the pool. I found a pretty large blow-up pool on major clearance at Target and it has been a lifesaver. Phia constantly begs to go outside but does not really understand how hot it is...especially for Mom and Dad who have to be out there too. Ha!

Oh how this girl loves her dog!

Where did my baby go? Seems like overnight she has turned into this little girl.
